To make the selling of purpose products easier, on our platform you get to choose from the following methods for the fulfillment of the orders received on Estalmia Purpose Ecosystem.
Fulfillment By Estalmia(FBE)
You peacefully focus on creating better products that customers love, while we handle end to end fulfillment including storage, packaging and delivery of the orders to the customers.

We-Fulfill
We handle the pickup of the package from your warehouse and delivery of the orders to the customers to free you from the hassle of delivery management.
I-fulfill
We help with the increased exposure for your products and boosting your sales while you handle the storage, packaging and delivery of the orders received from Estalmia.

Referral fees(Based On Product Category)
Product category based fees. Starts at 2%. Varies based on product category.
Referral Fee Calculation
For a book that costs INR 200, referral fee is 5% as it falls in the book category.
Referral fee= 200*5% = INR 10
Closing fee
Based on price of item sold. Starts at Rs. 7. Varies by product price range.
For a book that costs 200, closing fee is flat INR 8 if selected fulfillment method is FBE.
For a book that costs 200, closing fee is flat INR 12 if selected fulfillment method is We-fulfill.
For a book that costs 200, closing fee is flat INR 15 if selected fulfillment method is I-Fulfill.
Weight Handling Fee
Starts at Rs. 35 per item shipped, varies by item volume and distance
Other Fee
Based on program/service. Only applicable for certain fulfillment channels, programs and services.
For Fulfillment by Estalmia, other than the above fees, the picking up of products from your factory and storing and managing the inventory in our warehouse would incur a fee based on a case to case basis.
A Guide To Pricing Of Your Products
If you are selling a book on Estalmia, the below will be the method to calculate the selling price of your product.
Calculate the Cost Price of your products which includes the cost of raw materials, manufacturing, finishing stage. This is the total cost incurred by you to get the product ready.
For a book, the cost price is for say,INR 40
For a book with a cost price of INR 50, if you want to make a profit of 120%, then the profit= INR 60
- Calculate the Fees for Estalmia: For a book to be sold at 200 through FBE, Referral Fee= INR 10, Closing Fee= INR 9. Total Estalmia Fee=INR 19.
- Calculate the Expected Delivery Fee: Expected PAN India delivery for a book based on the weight and dimensions is INR 50
Other Fee: Based on the fulfillment method, calculate other fee if any. If say, for picking up and storing a book in Estalmia Warehouse, FBE fee per book=Rs. 10
Calculate the markup delivery fee PAN India for the book with the weight and dimensions to be INR 50
Calculate Total Cost Price= Estalmia Fee + Delivery Cost + Other Cost +D= 19+50+10=79
GST on taxes=5%
For a book, GST=5%*179=8.95
(As a responsible business owner, account for all the taxes applicable on your product. It may differ based on applicable tax laws on your company and product.)
Final Selling Price To Customers= Cost Price + Profit + Cost of Selling+ Taxes= 50+60+79+10= 199
